Community Paradigm Associates and the Select Board interviewed the three finalists — Jeffrey K. Bridges, William Chenard and Kristin Rubin — for one hour each, with the consultant using the same set of questions for each candidate. After discussion, the Select Board unanimously approved Rubin’s appointment pending contract terms.
The meeting record lists the attending board members as Chair Laura Hebb, Select Member Maureen Dwinnell and Select Member Brett Simas; the minutes note the vote was unanimous but do not record a mover or seconder.
