The recreation director outlined the Lions Club proposal, which includes installing dugouts, an outfield fence, a scoreboard and other equipment. The board agreed to accept the donation during the meeting and scheduled formal ratification at the Joint Select Board meeting on July 15, 2025.
Town Manager Sandra Fournier and Treasurer Lisa Foster were present for the discussion; no public comment was recorded. The board’s action was presented as an acceptance to be ratified later, rather than a recorded warrant or contract award at this meeting. The recreation director and the town will proceed with the next administrative steps ahead of the July 15 ratification.
