Pleasantville council approves supplemental appropriations, holds second readings of two utility ordinances and tables festival contract

The Village of Pleasantville Council approved a supplemental appropriations resolution at its Nov. 14 meeting to cover operating supplies and materials in the street fund and office supplies for Mayor's Court.
