Quincy Township eliminates utilities positions and accepts supervisor resignation

Peck told the board that if retroactive elimination is not legally permitted, the positions would be eliminated immediately.
The board read a memo from Antrim Township Administrator Chris Ardinger reporting that Quincy’s sewer and water plants are operating in compliance with no immediate maintenance issues identified. Ardinger’s memo commended Water Plant Operator Rad Ratnayake and noted mentoring and coverage from Antrim operators Roger Nowell and Keith Carbaugh; the memo also confirmed submission of the DEP Available Operator Form.
