Audubon caucus approves two tax refund resolutions and awards road-salt contract

The Audubon Borough caucus on Sept. 6 approved three routine measures: two refunds of tax-title premiums and an award of a contract to supply road salt.
Commissioner Lee moved to approve Resolution #2022-109, authorizing a refund of the tax-title premium for Block 10, Lot 11.02; Commissioner Whitman seconded, and the resolution passed by unanimous roll-call vote. The council soon approved Resolution #2022-110, authorizing a refund of the tax-title premium for Block 57, Lot 29, on a motion by Commissioner Whitman and a second from Commissioner Lee; the vote was unanimous.
The council also approved Resolution #2022-111 to award a contract, through the Camden County Cooperative Pricing System, to Atlantic Salt for furnishing road salt for borough use. Commissioner Lee moved the contract award; Commissioner Whitman seconded. The motion carried on a unanimous roll-call vote.
Each resolution was presented as a routine item with no substantive debate recorded during the caucus. The minutes show all three measures carried on motions made and seconded by the two commissioners in attendance.
The meeting was held by videoconference; formal roll-call votes were recorded for each resolution.
