Councilmember Ann Burrell said Village zoning rules currently allow building coverage on only 40% of a lot and requested that Walerius submit an updated drawing to scale. Mayor Robert Wells said the lot may require coordination with the county to complete permitting. The minutes state the village’s zoning laws are in the process of review by a committee, which could affect any next steps.
