North Baltimore council approves NBYTL, CSX agreements and authorizes server purchase
Summary

Village Administrator Mr. Bender presented a facilities use agreement with the North Baltimore Youth Travel League (NBYTL); on a motion by Bill Cook (seconded by Paula Beaupry), council voted to sign the agreement as amended.
Council approved entering into a CSX lease agreement to use specified parking lots, following a motion by Paula Beaupry and a second by Dee Hefner; the motion passed unanimously among the six council members present.
Separately, the council authorized the Village Administrator to enter an agreement for a server not to exceed $9,000 on a motion by Mike Soltis (seconded by Tim Engard). The motion passed unanimously. Microsoft 365 services were discussed as part of the information-technology conversation but specific contract terms were not recorded in the minutes.
These approvals allow the village to finalize short-term facility and parking arrangements and to proceed with an approved IT procurement. Further details and finalized contracts will be filed with the Village Administrator.
