Council moved, voted and approved a procedural waiver to set aside any irregularities in the calling and conduct of the special meeting; the motion was presented as moved by Mr. Trulear and seconded by Mrs. Hovis and carried by roll call. The body then voted 7-0 to enter executive session at 6:02 p.m. to discuss employee compensation and returned to regular session at approximately 6:34 p.m.
After returning to open session, Council considered Ordinance 14-26.
