Mr. Sax also briefed the council on the city's multi-part infrastructure program, noting the process is complex and he expects work to continue into the fall. He reported that the local school will install a fire hydrant on its green space south of 11th Street at the school's expense; the city will assume ownership of the hydrant and the water connection once installed. Mr. Sax confirmed delivery of a previously approved municipal crane truck and thanked council members for their support.
