Pandora authorizes contract with MQBC to rebuild village website after vendor closure

Pandora Village Council authorized Fiscal Officer Kimberly Reese to enter into an agreement with Marketing QuarterBack Consulting (MQBC) to rebuild and host the village website after the village's current provider informed officials it will close on May 31, 2025.
Reese told council she met with Tom Liebrecht, president of MQBC of Findlay, Ohio, who proposed a one-time, fixed $1,750 fee to build the site and transfer existing content and a recurring hosting fee currently priced at $24.99 per month. The proposal estimates 30'45 calendar days to complete the work; other optional services were discussed that could add fees.
Council noted the Village of Leipsic uses MQBC and recommended the firm. Council reached consensus to authorize Reese to enter the agreement and to move forward with web migration once the contract is executed.
The change is intended to ensure uninterrupted public access to village information and documents after the current vendor ceases operations.
