Applicant Trevor Kenny and attorney Patrick Gordon described the application as a straightforward transfer with no anticipated changes to hours or structure. Gordon said Trevor Kenny would be the proposed manager and that the transaction includes a seller-financed purchase for which a pledge of license and inventory is requested. "There's no major anticipated changes to the business," Gordon said, and asked the board to approve both the transfer and the pledge.
Board members asked about hours; the applicant confirmed operating hours and the board settled on 8 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m.–9 p.m. on Sundays. The board closed the public hearing and approved the transfer, the manager designation and the pledge of license and inventory by unanimous voice votes.
The board recorded that the applicant will ensure required documentation is filed with the town clerk and ABCC as needed. No member raised concerns during the hearing about proximity, hours, or public‑safety issues.
