The board approved the county’s FY 25/26 auto, liability and property insurance premium following presentations by Renee Stauter, BreAnne Melody and Caitlyn Lauver (motion by Scott Jacobs, seconded by Cory Ridgely). The board also approved Final Plans for FM‑CO13(108)—55‑13 (motion by Ridgely, seconded by Jacobs).
Personnel and equipment approvals included a longevity payroll increase for Christopher Green for 10 years (motion by Ridgely, seconded by Jacobs) and acceptance of a Macke Motors quote for a 2500 four‑door crew cab pickup for the Conservation Department; the Conservation Board had previously approved the purchase. The board approved Drainage District Work FY 2026 on Joint DD 9‑13 (motion by Jacobs, seconded by Ridgely).
Contracts approved included a Land Records Management System and historical indexing contract with Cott Systems, with payments of $15,000 due immediately and $39,920 due after July 1, 2026 (motion by Ridgely, seconded by Jacobs). The board also approved ISAC Voting Resolution 2025‑27 (motion by Jacobs, seconded by Ridgely).
The board allocated $20,000 from department 99 'contributions to other governments' to pay part of a bill for the Central School Museum. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn and the next regular meeting set for Oct. 7, 2025, at 9 a.m.
