Caribou County upholds landfill fee for mobile home park; landfill staff approved for SWANA training

Separately, Landfill Supervisor Jason Lower told the board that the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) will hold its annual training and requested permission for four employees to attend; the board granted the request. Mr. Lower also reported an outstanding patron balance of $193.90; he said he will gather additional information and forward it to the prosecuting attorney to pursue further legal action.
