The board then convened as the Board of Equalization to approve the primary and subsequent occupancy assessment roll as of Nov. 26, 2012 and the first subsequent non-occupancy assessment roll as of Nov. 19, 2012. Later, Commissioner Somsen moved to enter executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2345(1)(b) to discuss a complaint about an employee; Commissioner Christensen seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
