Commissioner Frost moved the board into executive session at 9:11 a.m. to discuss legal matters; the board reconvened at 9:20 a.m. Chairman Charles Coffey stated the subjects discussed in closed session were within the legal exceptions to the open meetings law and that no votes were cast during the executive session.
