At the end of the meeting Planning and Zoning staff presented the monthly departmental report for May, noting five approved subdivisions and 54 pending subdivisions; one plats/surveys/site plan was approved and 39 remain pending; 21 zoning permits were approved; six CEPs are pending. The building inspections report listed 14 new homes approved, nine certificates of occupancy and $14,023.87 in fees collected, with a total estimated valuation presented in the report.
Staff also said the Board of Supervisors update (from Paul Stimson) was included in the board packet and that vacancies on various commissions remain. The commission moved, seconded and voted to adjourn to July 20, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the courthouse.
