Service Director Mark Lipan reported separately that crews repaired a water main break on Kent Road that evening; he noted the Village’s road-salt stockpile is healthy and that leaf-collection savings amounted to $12,500. Engineer Jason Popiel said Harriett Road sidewalk work is in preliminary plans and that an evaluation of trees on Harriett Road had been performed by the Assistant Service Director, Ben Gregory. Popiel also clarified that the Chautauqua Drive/Church Street water-looping project is awaiting federal funding approval because the relevant bill has not been passed by Congress.
