Ordinance 18-2025 (providing for future salary increases for newly elected council members beginning Jan. 1, 2026) — Mrs. Meyer moved to indefinitely table the ordinance; the motion carried by roll call Yes 7 No 0.
Separately, early in the meeting Council approved agenda amendments related to Ordinance 24-2025 (striking “newly elected” from the title and changing the effective year from 2026 to 2028) and renumbered the Earth Day resolution. The minutes record motions by Phil Kaplan, seconded by Suzanne Garrett, and unanimous consent on those agenda amendments.
