At its May 18 meeting the City of Hobart Redevelopment Commission approved the Register of Claims in the amount of $437,393.38 and the 2020 Bond Register of Claims (Bond Requisition #80) in the amount of $2,458.91.
The register of claims included multiple items: Old Republic Title (RDC payment for purchase of three parcels) for $364,645.75; Butler, Fairman & Seufert engineering support for $46,963.67; Sports Facilities SFA payments totaling $19,250; and several legal invoices from Eichhorn & Eichhorn and others. Kelly Clemens moved and Mark Kara seconded approval of the register; the vote was 5-0. The 2020 Bond Register (Requisition #80) was approved in a separate motion, also 5-0.
Approval authorized staff to process payments per the register and bond requisition; commissioners did not debate individual invoices at length during the meeting.
