Board accepts December financial report showing month-to-month revenue uptick

After discussion about month-to-month timing effects (for example, when property-tax advances arrive), the board called the roll. Miss Fountain, Miss Dead by Walls, Dr. Rice and Miss Sanders were recorded as voting yes and the motion to accept the report passed.
