BZA tables Lucarelli garage variance at 12 West Hanna until fence application filed

Bratenahl — The Board of Zoning Appeals on March 6 tabled a request by the Lucarelli property at 12 West Hanna Lane for a variance related to a proposed garage and required 40-foot separation between living spaces.
Law solicitor David J. Matty told the Board staff recommended tabling the matter until the companion fence application is submitted so both approvals can be considered together. Karen Brace moved to table the item; David Kozinski seconded, and the Board voted unanimously to table the application.
The Board recorded the tabling motion and staff will ask the applicant to file the fence application before the Board considers the variance again.
