Mendota council adopts two rezonings, approves assessments and a county parcel purchase

The council also considered Resolution No. 24-42, authorizing the City Manager to execute documents to effect the purchase of Fresno County Assessor's Parcel Number 013-222-02. Assistant City Attorney Castro presented the report; Council Member Joseph Riofrio moved to adopt the resolution, Council Member Oscar Rosales seconded, and the resolution passed unanimously (4 ayes, absent: Alonso).
