Supervisors voted 5‑0 to authorize Koza (McMahon Associates/Bowman) to submit a scoping application; the minutes note the scoping application deadline is Dec. 15. The board also recorded that the developer of the Kraussdale Road Industrial Project would be responsible for signal improvements directly related to that development.
The authorization gives township staff permission to develop the scope and submit the preliminary application to PennDOT; any subsequent grant award would be subject to PennDOT review, final scoping, and the board’s approval of matching or project‑specific commitments.
