Vineyards HOA urges Upper Hanover to improve James Road pedestrian crossings after reported accident

A separate resident, Mr. Reed of 1348 Hendricks Road, followed up on written complaints filed with the township and Red Hill Borough regarding flooding near Hendricks Road; the minutes note his follow-up but do not record a remedy.
