Rocky River council appoints Charter Review Commission and suspends rules to meet election timeline

Shipp said staff is under time constraints to forward the commission roster and asked that the commission be given sufficient time to conduct its work; once the commission’s determinations come back to Council they must be returned to the Board of Elections as previously discussed.
Sullivan was described in the record as an attorney at Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff and a veteran; Ms. Hauer’s resume had been circulated to council prior to the vote.
