• Approve minutes (Dec. 30, 2025): Motion by Leslie Dyer, seconded by Tom Anthony. Vote: 3–0–0 — approved.
• Sign Treasurer’s Warrants #29: Motion by Leslie Dyer, seconded by Tom Anthony. Vote: 3–0–0 — approved.
• Support Island Fellow application (Comprehensive Plan update): Motion by Pam Alley, seconded by Leslie Dyer. Vote: 3–0–0 — approved. Staff noted a possible Community Action Grant for about $14,000 to cover the first year.
• Pay Ian Adair (DBA Mad Man Marine) $10,000 from Harbor Reserve for new thoroughfare ramp: Motion by Pam Alley, seconded by Leslie Dyer. Vote: 3–0–0 — approved.
• Sign Special Election Warrant for Feb. 3, 2026 (three candidates returned nomination papers): Motion by Pam Alley, seconded by Leslie Dyer. Vote: 3–0–0 — approved.
The board also entered and exited an executive session under 36 M.R.S. § 405(6)(A) to discuss personnel matters relating to wages; motions to enter (6:16 p.m.) and exit (6:37 p.m.) were recorded and both carried 3–0–0.
