58 McBride Road: A violation letter was issued for construction without zoning, building and wetlands permits. Staff set a response deadline of March 5, 2026; if the owner does not respond the next step will be a warning letter drafted by Atty. Byrne and possible court action.
407A Bantam Road: Megan Harpin provided a written note describing issues with a temporary structure and an apparent need for more parking. The Commission agreed to submit a six-month extension to the temporary zoning permit to give time to resolve outstanding issues.
199 West Street: Chairman Bramley reported visiting the site to review lighting complaints. Staff advised via text that a Design Review application is required for replacement fixtures; unshielded LED spotlights and strip lighting across the front of the building must be replaced with shaded fixtures.
