Board member Crystal Hitchings, listed among the members present, said the board would circulate the final version of the ordinance by email for one last review before a hearing. The board recorded that no members of the public were present during the meeting.
Board member Kimberly Smith moved to adjourn at 7:05 p.m.; Board member Crystal Hitchings seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously among the five members present: Crystal Hitchings, Billie Jo Brooks, Kimberly Smith, Sue Dalton and Ryan Beal.
The board agreed that the Oct. 29 meeting will serve as the required public hearing on the proposed land use ordinance changes before any formal vote. Members indicated they would review any remaining edits via email prior to that meeting.
The board called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
