Pittsfield election results and charter questions read into council record

On charter referendum questions, Question 1 recorded 1,425 Yes and 338 No (passed); Question 2 recorded 1,227 Yes and 57 No (passed); Question 3 recorded 800 Yes and 968 No (failed).
