Norwich Township trustees appoint Trisha Barker to fill vacant seat

After the executive session, Hykes publicly thanked the applicants who had been considered, listing candidates and acknowledging their time and qualifications. The candidates named in the minutes were Kari Grafton; Jon Parker-Jones; Larry Larsen; Trish Barker (recorded here in motion as Trisha Barker); Morgan Gierman; Frank Johnson; Rachel Gutshall; James Friel; Matthew Turner; Carrie Killingsworth; Nick Uhas; Alauddin Alauddin; and Durya Nadeem.
Brian Rothenberg moved to appoint Trisha Barker as a Norwich Township trustee; Hykes seconded. The minutes record the vote as Hykes—Yes, Rothenberg—Yes, and the trustee seat listed as vacant. The motion passed, and Barker was appointed to the trustee seat.
The meeting concluded with a motion by Rothenberg to adjourn at 5:45 p.m., seconded by Hykes; the motion passed.
