Norwich Township approves $9,990 elevator oil replacement and foam removal at Safety Services Building and Station 83

Township Administrator Jamie Fisher told the board that during a recent maintenance visit elevator oil in both units had a strong odor and appeared very dark, and that foam lining inside the hydraulic tank had begun entering the oil. Fisher said the foam is no longer needed and that Elevated recommended removing the foam and replacing the oil.
Trustee Brian Rothenberg moved to approve Elevated’s proposals; Trustee Rick Tidd seconded. The board voted unanimously (Tidd‑Yes, Hykes‑Yes, Rothenberg‑Yes) to approve the work, recorded as Record #260115.03.
