At their April 7 meeting, the Norwich Township Board of Trustees approved a request to place a headstone exceeding five feet in Section C, Lot 43–44, Graves 1 and 2, for an individual identified in the record as Rodrigo Rodriguez. Trustee Brian Rothenberg moved and Trustee Trish Barker seconded the motion; the vote was recorded as Hykes — Yes; Rothenberg — Yes; Barker — Yes.
The board also approved reappointing seasonal Cemetery and Road Department laborer Rick Rapp, effective April 20, 2026, at an hourly rate adjusted to $21 and limited to 40 hours per week. Trustees noted Mr. Rapp has held seasonal work in the department since 2020. The motion to reappoint was moved by Trustee Barker, seconded by Trustee Rothenberg, and passed unanimously.
