Board members said they want to review pricing from multiple dealers and apply proceeds from the sale of the town’s 2019 vehicle toward the new purchase and outfitting. “I was just hoping to put it out and see what type of pricing comes back and go with the best,” one board member said during discussion.
The board also reviewed an RFP draft for assessing services. Staff recommended a three‑year contract to extend through the end of the upcoming revaluation and proposed a short interim contract to bridge timing. The administrator noted the town will include CAD/CAMA data in the contract and asked that the posting be contingent on final edits; the board approved that motion.
Select board members accepted a $20 donation to the goodwill account made in memory of James Gilman and received the town’s FY2024 audit. The administrator said printed copies are available at town hall and a digital copy will be posted; the board voted to accept the audit as presented by William Brewer.
