Katie, with Hillsborough County Communications and Digital Media, said the award recognized Sheriff Chronister's 34 years of public service and credited his leadership with a focus on accountability, operational excellence and community partnerships. The proclamation acknowledged Delta Sigma Theta Sorority's Tampa chapters for their cultural, educational and service-oriented activities.
