Resolutions adopted included No. 24-35, approving a Successor Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Mendota and AFSCME Local 2703 (Mendota Chapter); No. 24-36, establishing the Proposition 4 appropriations limit for fiscal year 2024–25; No. 24-37, claiming Local Transportation Funds for FY 2024–25; and No. 24-38, concerning Local Transportation Purpose Funds (Measure C Extension Funds). Council Member Jose Alonso moved to approve items 1 through 5 of the consent calendar; Council Member Joseph Riofrio seconded the motion and it passed unanimously (4 ayes, absent: Rosales).
