Mountain View Community raises CMS rating to four stars; county to receive $2.86 million in ProShare funds

Leboeuf credited staff for the improvement and said the county will receive $2.86 million in ProShare funding this year—about $1.7 million more than the county anticipated when it approved its 2026 budget. He also noted that state legislative actions will provide New Hampshire nursing homes an additional $9.5 million in funding statewide this year.
The board recessed for a brief meeting with Hale—s Location Selectmen and reconvened; no motions specific to the ProShare funds or the CMS rating were recorded in the meeting minutes at this session. Leboeuf framed the rating increase as a staff achievement and fiscal positive for the county budget.
