Board approves multiple PACE midpoints and finals to support downtown rehabs

The Board approved two midpoint payments and three final PACE grant payouts on June 15 for properties undergoing rehabilitation in downtown Madison.
Staff reviewed work completed at multiple addresses (window and siding replacement, porch and step repairs, foundation work and roofing), and noted some properties remain in earlier phases while others are fully restored. Several board members praised property owners’ investments and noted the visible block-by-block transformation resulting from the PACE program.
The board voted to approve the midpoints and all three finals as presented; staff will proceed with processing the requested disbursements.
