Robinson, Thomas Harper Jr., Gregory N. Jackson and Michael Collier Sr.; Trustee David R. Dyson was absent. The motion carried.
Later in the meeting Trustee Gregory N. Jackson moved, and Trustee Michael Collier Sr. seconded, approval of the treasurer’s report for February in the amount of $577,126.54. The same five trustees voted aye, with Trustee Dyson absent; the motion carried.
These approvals were taken as part of the board’s routine consent and financial-review work. No amendments or further conditions were recorded on the motions; the meeting adjourned at 7:48 p.m.
