Council unanimously adopts Planning‑initiated rezoning for properties near 11th & Lafayette

Councilor Grace Kestler moved to pass the second reading and adopt the ordinance; President Frank Miller seconded. A roll‑call vote recorded seven Aye votes and the ordinance was adopted.
