Select Board sets 2026 parking rates for Manset, Northeast Harbor and Joy Lot

The Cranberry Isles Select Board voted unanimously Feb. 3 to set the town’s 2026 parking rates and to revise the annual parking letter before it is mailed.
Administrative Assistant James Fortune presented the annual parking letter. Chair Katelyn Damon proposed edits to the letter and moved to set space prices at $450 for Northeast Harbor, $350 for Manset, $60 for the Joy Lot and $20 for a TCI boat sticker. January Bennett seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
The board did not record further discussion on enforcement, duration of permits or revenue estimates during the meeting. The edited letter will be mailed later this month as part of routine town communications.
