Valley View authorizes engineering plans and bids for multiple road, bridge and parking projects

Engineer Sciano will produce the bidding documents and advertise per normal public bid procedures. The motions passed by recorded roll calls with no nays reported in the minutes. No specific project budgets or federal/state funding sources were identified in the minutes; follow‑up from the engineer and finance staff will be required to set estimated costs and funding plans before bids are solicited.
