Building Commissioner Larry Ellis said the submitted plans showed the fence would align with the home, but the finished fence juts forward. During a post-hole inspection, Ellis said pole locations suggested a four-foot fence would be required in some places; the homeowner proceeded with construction. On final inspection, Ellis said portions of the fence exceeded four feet where it should be shorter and exceeded six feet where taller heights were allowed; as of the meeting the permit was not finaled.

Secretary Marty Johnston also asked about asking Ruhlin to stripe the Pleasant Valley Bridges to improve navigation; that request was recorded but no action was taken at the meeting.
