Tribou said Cushing Community School does not have room to add another classroom without expanding the building. As an alternative, the Cushing Community Center has been identified as a potential site for a Pre-K classroom, and Tribou said the effort would be funded by the Department of Education. Tribou requested time to return with a more formal proposal to the selectboard; she told the board that the proposal would not require a town vote.
