Village board adopts moratorium resolution on data centers

The Village of Baldwin board voted to adopt a moratorium resolution that pauses actions related to data center development while the village studies implications and possible regulations. The resolution was introduced, moved and seconded by board members and passed on roll call.

Supporters in the public comment period praised the decision.
