Committee members asked whether the new firm would assist the city in returning to external awards such as the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) recognition; staff said the RFP required that the auditor assist with that objective.
The committee instructed staff to negotiate contract terms and monitor CBIZ’s first-year performance.
