Atkinson trustees approve three disbursements totaling $2,934.74

Trustee Chair Danielle Zeyher recorded that trustees Danielle Zeyher, Chris Tardif and Selena MacDonald met Jan. 8, 2026, to consider three disbursement requests from trust funds for the Town of Atkinson.
The trustees unanimously approved a $344.59 payment to Mike Murphy & Sons, Inc. from the Elderly Assistance ETF to cover heating oil for an elderly resident. The board of selectmen (BOS) had previously approved that payment at its Dec. 22, 2025 meeting; the trustees voted 3-0 to confirm the disbursement.
The trustees also approved a $1,700 disbursement from the Cemetery Expansion Capital Reserve Fund to pay labor for installation of a post-and-rail fence at the back of Section XI. That payment had been approved by the BOS at its Dec. 22, 2025 meeting; the trustees voted 3-0 to release the funds.
Finally, the trustees approved releasing $890.15 from the Helen K Fund to the Elder Services Fuel & Maintenance budget lines to support fuel and maintenance needs. The BOS approved that request at its Dec. 30, 2025 meeting; the trustees voted 3-0 to authorize the disbursement.
The Trustees of the Trust Fund transferred the approved amounts from their respective funds to the Town of Atkinson general fund on Jan. 8, 2026; the transfers were scheduled to be processed on Jan. 9, 2026. The meeting adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
