Plain City Council approves appointments, amends term lengths and passes several measures

Unfinished business and votes: On second reading, Council approved Ordinance 37‑2025 vacating a portion of Dry Street; the motion passed 4–1 with Council President M. Terry voting nay. Council approved Resolution 48‑2025 accepting the conveyance of real property located at 8115 US‑42 to the Village by unanimous vote.
Budget and procedural actions: Council waived the second reading of Ordinance 41‑2025 (supplemental appropriation and 2025 budget amendments) and then approved Ordinance 41‑2025 by unanimous vote.
