East Rockhill holds conditional‑use hearing for Like a Mustard Seed school and farm stand

The East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors opened a conditional‑use hearing on Sept. 23 for Like a Mustard Seed, an A‑12 Accessory Farm Business proposed at 1200 Butler Lane (tax parcel 12‑011‑048).

Attorney Nate Fox represented the applicant. Sworn testimony was provided by Kevin Jones, an applicant, and Adam Brown, identified in the record as president of Penns Trail. Testimony described an existing 12‑by‑16‑foot farm stand on the property, and the application was revised to remove poultry processing for public consumption.
