Plain City presents certificates and $500 to Tolles Criminal Justice cadets

Plain City honored eight cadets from the Tolles Career & Technical Center Criminal Justice Program during the Nov. 10 council meeting. Police Chief Dale McKee welcomed the cadets, presented a $500 check to the program, and thanked instructor Kert Lanam for his leadership. Mayor Jody Carney presented a Certificate of Appreciation to each cadet and thanked them for their community service during the Village's Fourth of July celebrations.
Chief McKee praised the cadets' volunteerism and noted continued community partnerships that support public-safety events and youth engagement. The assembly offered congratulations to the cadets.
