Trustee Loretta J. Teets presented Morris Engineering invoices for work at 3102 W. North Avenue: a staking invoice (25-06-0282-S) for $250.00 and an Alta survey invoice (25-06-0282) for $850.00. Mayor Mazzulla said the property would be used for municipal parking and that tax-increment financing (TIF) funds had been allocated for the purchase.
Teets also presented A & S Invoice #900008007 for $2,350.00 for a railing at the pavilion at 1634 N. 37th Avenue and said she would seek approval at the board meeting. The minutes record these items as presented for approval rather than finalized votes.
The board did not record a formal vote on the purchase at the committee meeting; the matter was presented to the trustees for consideration and scheduled for further action at the regularly scheduled board meeting.
